We carry out a technical-economic and legal assessment of the implications of the contract and its documents. We present to the Client:

  • Risks and Opportunities generated by contract documents.

  • Comparison of the Design and its construction feasibility .

  • Inconsistencies in documents, omissions or errors that may potentially lead to conflicts, delays, risks or opportunities for the Client.

  • List of deliverables and deadlines

  • Report on the strategies suggested to maximize opportunities and minimize risks associated with the contract.

 

On the other hand, we manage and control the changes generated in the project as well as their documentation (change orders) both technically and economically so that they do not have a negative impact on the project due to the lack of monitoring and controls in place.
